Structural Reinforcement Braces (SRB)
This enhanced SRB which can conform to a wide range of different Playseat Challenge configurations where the wheel plate may be moved forward or back and used at different angles. It can also be adjusted to offer greater knee room.
It also includes the upgraded Plate Clamp Pro which is better suited for larger wheel bases (e.g. Fanatec Podium). The Plate Clamp Pro uses carbon fibre filled plastic and offers increased stiffness compared to the standard clamp and is simpler to use day to day.
Our pro driver (Baggy_38) found his Playseat Challenge lacking in rigidity around the wheel mount, affecting the precise control needed for sim racing. We developed this solution to take out the major source of flexing.
We know the main reason to have the Playseat Challenge is its ability to collapse up and store neatly out the way… we don’t affect that at all.
The braces easily swing out of the way with the loosening of one Allen key bolt
The main brace strut is made of 3D printed Carbon Fibre reinforced plastic, which has an awesome grey finish, are incredibly strong and light. WIN WIN WIN…
The black clamps that fit around the Challenge’s tubes and onto the steering wheel plate, are made of 3D printed Recycled plastic. The tube clamps are designed to be quickly released to allow for the strut to be swung out of the way when you want to store your rig, pivoting from the wheel plate clamps.

This item made a big difference, there is still very slight movement but the difference with and without is quite big, you only have to unclamp it to realise how much sturdier it is, the only struggle i had was the instructions called for 2 washer to be used on a part which was impossible to screw onto the nut, after a long time i did it without the washers and it fit fine and i had no items left at the end so i assume the washers wasnt needed. Great well made product though. 100% recommend.

Arrived quickly. Instructions are easy to follow and product really makes a huge difference to the Playseat. Had a little issue with QC on one part but the seller immediately resolved it and couldn’t have been nicer. Great company for anything mod related to Playseats.

Great mod and easy to install. I had a small defect with one of the parts and the seller quickly sent me a replacement parts-set and solved the issue. Defects are bound to happen sometimes but the service to resolve the issue was excellent
