When you purchase from our website, we require your Contact details (Name, address, email & phone number), this information is processed based on the necessity to perform the contract (purchase) with you and is only used in connection with that purchase. We also store the information on what you purchased. This information is passed onto PayPal, when using that payment form. See their policy for more information. We also pass the contact information, depending on what delivery format you are using, to DPD or Royal Mail. See their policies for more information. We do not automatically add your details to any mailing list. If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, that can be done separately.

When you sign up for our newsletter, we ask for your email address and first name (last name is optional) and what type of product(s) you are interested in. This is so we only send information that is relevant to you. As signing up for our newsletter is a manual process that you must perform, pressing the ‘subscribe’ button is considered consent to process your information. You can unsubscribe at any time by pressing the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any Indigo Lime newsletter or emailing and requesting it.

Indigo Lime Business Account holders, your contact details are easily accessible to you through the “My Account” page of the website, they can be edited at any time. Your order history is also available to view here. If you wish to close your account, email to request it.

Indigo Lime Credit (ILC) Account holders, your data is accessible and editable on the “My Account” page, but we additionally store a copy of your ILC application form. If alterations are needed to the ILC, please email It may be required that a new application form be filled out. If you wish to close your ILC account, email to request it. Any and all outstanding credit will be invoiced immediately, payment must be made within 30 days, in accordance with our ILC terms & conditions.

We store your data on secure servers where the only people that have access to it are the directors of Triple Link Manufacturing Ltd, the parent company of Indigo Lime. If a breach occurs the ICO will be informed, as will all account holders will be notified, as will all persons who have bought products through our website.
