Delivery & Returns policy

Delivery

All deliveries are sent by Royal Mail or DPD at the cost of;

• UK: Free Shipping¹ via Royal Mail 2nd Class

• UK: Premium Shipping (£6.00) via DPD’s Next Day Service (once dispatched) or Royal Mail 1st Class (product dependant³)

• UK: Next Day by 1pm (£13.00 – £37.00) via Royal Mail Service. Order MUST be placed before 13:00GMT

• All other EU countries: Standard Shipping – £18.00 (inclusive of UK.VAT) via DPD

• We currently do not deliver outside of the EU

We aim to process and dispatch orders the next working day² (same day dispatch on Next Day by 1pm orders). When we have dispatched your order, we will send an Order complete email.
If DPD are delivering to you, we will pass on your email address (and mobile number, if provided) and they will can contact you with an estimated delivery time. Please note that DPD will say “your package from Triple Link Manufacturing” in their correspondences with you.

Returns

You have 14 days to return a product, from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

You will need to return your product with the original dispatch note so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

Please contact us (details below) before returning products. Returned products will not automatically be refunded to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your product. The original delivery cost is non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and will notify you immediately on the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to you, back through your original method of payment. Depending on the method, and (if applicable) your card issuer’s policy, it may take several days for the monies to be credited back to your account.

Excluded items;

• Cost of delivery – the original cost of delivering the product to you will not be refunded

 

None of the aforementioned affects your statutory rights.
