We are working on being able to export to the USA and are hoping to have it all sorted by the end of January.

We aim to process and dispatch orders the next working day² (same day dispatch on Next Day by 1pm orders). When we have dispatched your order, we will send an Order Complete email, which includes your VAT invoice or Order Credit Summary.
If DPD are delivering to you, we will pass on your email address (and mobile number, if provided) and they will contact you with an estimated delivery time. Please note that DPD will say “your package from Triple Link Manufacturing” in their correspondences with you.
We do not dispatch or deliver on Bank Holidays.
Please allow an extra day when ordering over a Bank Holiday.

You have 14 days to return a product, from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
You will need to return your product with the original dispatch note so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.
Please contact us (details below) before returning products. Returned products will not automatically be refunded to the original purchaser.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your product. The original delivery cost is non-refundable.

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and will notify you immediately on the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to you, back through your original method of payment. Depending on the method, and (if applicable) your card issuer’s policy, it may take several days for the monies to be credited back to your account.

Before returning a product to us, please contact us. The easiest way to do this is to reply to one of the emails (processing order/order complete) that contains the product you want to return.
