Shipping problems

Updated 16/01/2023

International customers – There has been a serious “cyber incident” in the Royal Mail’s system for sending parcels all over the world. Unfortunately, this means that they cannot send anything internationally at the moment, and they are requesting no new international parcels to be sent to them. More information can be found on the RM website.
Once we found out, we held orders back, but some that were dispatched just before the incident are being held at the international distribution centre. If this is the case, your tracking will say “We’re expecting it” please note that I have given your order to Royal Mail, and it’s going to be scanned into the international distribution centre as quickly as possible.
I have been, and will continue to email all affected customers with updates, please have a look in your spam or junk folders if you have not received anything from us about your order.

Regrettably, it’s issues like this that can cause the international delivery estimate of up to 35 days to be true.

UK customers – Royal Mail seems to be back to normal after the Christmas problems

The Covid-19 post… ! (and Brexit)

24th February 2021 update.

UK customers: We are still able to dispatch all products through Royal Mail and DPD. The current lockdown is slightly affect RM’s delivery times. Most are getting through in the 24/48hr time frame but please continue to allow a couple of extra days for RM48 or RM24 services.

Euro customers: We are finding varying problems with each EU countrie’s customs services. For example, Italy has recently rejected a larger order, but is allowing smaller items through. Bulgaria recently rejected one order but has allowed others in. We still HIGHLY recommend using the tracked service, or, use our eBay store where we utilise eBay’s own Global Shipping Service to get the products to you. You pay import fees upfront, and we have had no problems thus far. We cannot charge upfront fees through the website, sorry.

North American customers (USA & Canada): YAY, we finally did it. We have dispatched our first Canadian order earlier this month, and are now looking to open this up to more countries.

– Next one on the list is Mexico!

Stay safe

6th January 2021 update.

UK customers: We are still able to dispatch all products through Royal Mail and DPD. We are unsure if the latest lockdown will affect RM’s delivery times, so please continue to allow a couple of extra days for RM2 or RM1 services.

Euro customers: We are able to dispatch (through DPD) our larger products again, and are able to dispatch all of our smaller products through Royal Mail. There is a slight delay at customs, but we haven’t had any huge delays since the problems before Christmas. Fingers crossed.

North American customers (USA & Canada): We are working hard to sort out being able to get our great products to our North American friends who have been ever so patient. We are really hopeful that this will all be sorted by the end of January.

Stay safe

20th December 2020 update.

We are still here and still working. Thank you to all of our amazing customers. You guys are awesome.

UK customers: Royal Mail is suspending the Guaranteed bit of their “GND by1” services on Wednesday so the best bet to get orders last minute is DPD. To help out, we are extending the ‘order by’ time for DPD to 9pm on Tuesday. DPD will deliver on Thursday 24th.

European customers: Please be aware there are some severe problems at both shipping ports and airports causing some quite long delays. We would suggest upgrading to “Tracked Shipping” so you can keep an eye on where your order is.
DPD has suspended all European deliveries, so any of our larger items (example BSSV) will not be dispatched until that is re-instated, we are hoping this to be Wednesday 23rd. We will keep you updated if your order is affected.

Stay safe.

5th November 2020 update.

We are still here and still working.

We are waiting to see if Royal Mail change their pickup times again (for same day delivery cut-off) but at this moment, we are keeping it at 13:00.
Next Day delivery (using RM) is back on, so if you need it quick, we can do that again.

Royal Mail’s standard 1st (RM1) & 2nd (RM2) class services have been experiencing varying and unpredictable problems. So please still allow a few extra days if your order is being delivered using one of those services.

Triple Link Manufacturing Ltd (the mother company of Indigo Lime) is a family owned & run company, and are luck to be based at our home. This means, as long as Royal Mail and/or DPD are still running, we are able to dispatch our full range of products to you, whilst still adhering to physical distancing and all other guidelines issued by the government.

The only a few things have changed;
– The cut off time for RM2 and RM1 postage. We have had to bring the cut off forward to 11:00am GMT due to the change of collection time by Royal Mail.
– We are currently not offering the Next Day by 1pm service
– Royal Mail’s estimated delivery times have increased and it’s possible that your order (using RM2) could take a week to be delivered. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We have postponed all face-to-face meetings with clients and suppliers. Which is a shame, because I really enjoy getting out and about and visiting our valued customers.
I look forward to arranging meetings with our wholesale customers when this has passed.

Stay safe

Indigo Lime is growing

Indigo Lime Logo

Indigo Lime and it’s sister company, Triple Link Products (TLP) are amalgamating.

Both are part of the Triple Link Manufacturing Ltd family, supplying a range of products to customers, and as such it’s been decided to combine and streamline.

TLP’s range of products will be re-branded as Indigo Lime and become available directly through the Indigo Lime website and through eBay & Amazon marketplaces. These marketplaces are currently still running TLP branding, but will be changing in the near future.

As this happens, we will be adjusting the “browse by” menus at the top of the website, Adam will be making sure that it is still easy for you to access the products you purchase regularly.

If you have any questions or comments, please don’t hesitate to contact us
